Ticket Purchase Disclaimer & Information

Tickets may be purchased by 3 methods: Please read to determine which method is best for you.

***Preshow ticket sales end on Thursday, September 27th at 8:00pm. After this date, tickets may only be purchased at t he Sacramento Convention Center box office.

***The show doors will open at 9:30am for those who purchase tickets in advance.

  1. By credit card via www.SacReptileShow.com (9/01/18-9 /27/18)
    1. All purchases via credit card will add a $1.00 processing fee which will be added to the ticket price.
    2. Coupons are not accepted for online ticket purchases.
    3. Tickets purchased may be used on either Saturday, September 29th, 2018 or Sunday, September 30th, 2018
    4. On the day you attend the Sacramento Reptile Show, you must bring your purchase receipt to the “Will Call” booth located in the Sacramento Convention Center lobby (Next to Hall A) at 8:45am to pick up your tickets for entry to the show. Do not go to the Convention Center box office.
    5. You will not be allowed to pick up tickets at “ Will Call” without your purchase receipt.
    6. Tickets are non-refundable and only valid for the 2018 Sacramento Reptile Show.
  2. In person at Pets To Go in Elk Grove for locations (9/01/18-9/27/18)
    1. All purchases via credit card will add a $1.00 processing fee which will be added to the ticket price.
    2. Cash purchase of tickets will not include a processing fee
    3. Coupons are accepted for in person purchases
    4. Tickets purchased may be used on either Saturday, September 29th, 2018 or Sunday, September 30th, 2018
    5. You will be handed your tickets upon completion of your purchase.
    6. On arrival at the Convention Center, proceed directly to the entrance of the show (Hall A)
    7. Tickets are non-refundable and only valid for the 2018 Sacramento Reptile Show.
  3. In person at the Sacramento Convention Center Box office (9/29/18-9/30/18)
    1. The Box office will only sell tickets the days of the show: Saturday September 29th and Sunday, September 30th 2018, starting at 9:30am both days.
    2. Cash only at the Sacramento Convention Center box office
    3. Coupons are accepted at the Sacramento Convention Center box office
